The summit was held on November 9-11, the first two days for design houses
and distributors who provide components and solutions for the global LCD-TV
markets. The last day was devoted to manufacturers. The two-day distributor and
design house summit focused on low cost, high quality, high volume, feature
rich, and ready to manufacture turnkey LCD-TV designs by Tvia. Thirty-one of
the top companies from around the world attended including China, Taiwan,
India, Japan, Korea, Turkey, Germany, UK, and the US. The two days covered
Tvia’s existing and upcoming turnkey LCD-TV designs based on the TrueView 5600
digital display processor family, targeting high volume 20"-36" LCD-TVs that
are already in mass production today. Tvia also unveiled their new digital
display integrated processors, and LCD-TV designs which offer the highest
possible quality and feature list at the lowest LCD-TV BOM cost in the market.
Including the new 20-27" EU-LCD-TV turnkey design with a total bill of material
cost well under $30 based on Tvia’s new TrueView 5725 processor.

"Tvia is very proud of the success of the three day LCD-TV summit. Tvia’s
TV Design Center and engineering staff interacted directly with our existing
and new customers’ design and engineering teams from around the globe all in
one room at the same time. This allowed us to talk about our existing designs,
our newest designs, and the roadmap of our chips and turnkey LCD-TV designs,
allowing them to determine the best solutions for their LCD-TV manufacturing
customers, both for current manufacturing needs and future LCD-TV
requirements," said Eli Porat, CEO Tvia, Inc.

The final day of the summit was held exclusively for manufacturers.
Forty-three manufacturers were represented including Samsung, TCL/TTE, Sharp,
ChangHong, LG, Sony, Ya Hsin, Hitachi, Skyworth, Suntrue, Hyundai, Haier,
Mitac, Sinobond, along with many others, further validating Tvia’s turnkey
approach to the LCD-TV market. The day focused on Tvia’s Turnkey LCD-TV current
and future designs, competitive comparisons of other designs, BOM comparisons,
time to market issues, and global design requirements including EU and North
American version for OEM and ODM manufacturers. All manufacturers provided
detailed input on feature set and requirements for next generation LCD-TVs
including, IPTV, ATSE, DVB, PVR, wireless and host of other requirements, so
that Tvia could remain on the forefront of LCD-TV designs.

"It was exciting to be part of this event and hear the requirements for the
next generation LCD-TVs from leading manufacturers from around the world. Tvia
did an amazing job in getting them all in the same place at the same time to
discuss market issues, BOM, and demand for expanded network connectivity" Said
Patrick Chang, Chief Technical Officer for Sinobond. "It was extremely useful
to talk with both existing manufacturing customers of Tvia and the new ones.
Each had a unique design from Tvia for their marketplace. Tvia’s turnkey LCD-TV
design market approach is just like the market winning approach done by Intel
with its motherboard design and C-Cube with their VCD and DVD designs. We are
very pleased to be one of Tvia’s manufacturing partners, and we are amazed that
they provide tremendous support to us along with so many other manufacturers.
The Tvia claim that it provides the best LCD-TV design support for their
customers, over any other chip manufacturer in the world today, is correct,"
Said Chang.

Tvia’s TV Design Center, comprised of the top TV design engineers from
leading TV manufactures globally, is rapidly becoming one of the industries
most recognized design houses for LCD-TV. Tvia offers its turnkey LCD-TV
designs to OEM and ODM manufacturers worldwide, including providing
