Expansion into New Markets Increases Customer and Revenue Potential

distributors worldwide. Increasing its exposure to heavily concentrated SAP
markets, IntelliCorp expects greater customer and revenue potential. New
distributors include: DTS (South America and Mexico), Ness (Israel and Eastern
Europe), Perficom (Benelux — Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg) and Voyager
(Greece).
