BEIJING, May 30 /MediaNet International - AsiaNet/ –

Mooter Media Limited today announced the execution of agreements with
certain online advertising providers and publishers, thereby establishing the
Mooter Media Network in China, which will link leading Chinese advertising
providers with a community of Chinese online publishers, through the use of
Mooter’s proprietary technology.

Mooter has executed Ad Syndication Agreements with leading advertising
providers NetEase.com Inc. and Alibaba.com Corporation (owner of Yahoo! China),
providing various publishing partners access to one of the largest online ad
pools in China.

Mooter has also executed Web Service Agreements with publishing partners
NetEase.com Inc. (www.163.com), Beijing Soofan Limited (www.soofan.com), Com.tv
Inc. (www.post.com.tv) and TK Game (Beijing) Co. Ltd (www.tkgame.com) which
will provide significant distribution for online advertising.

The Mooter Media Network will use Mooter’s proprietary, multi-dimensional,
advertising targeting technology, called Mooter adVantage™ to deliver paid
listing advertisements to the content pages on the publisher sites. The Mooter
adVantage product matches and displays the most relevant advertisements
alongside articles, product reviews and other information on web sites by using
sophisticated algorithms. This technology dynamically analyses the web page
content and determines the advertisements that the user is most likely to
respond to. For example, Mooter adVantage will automatically derive key themes
from within the online content (as well as using key themes not specifically
mentioned within the body of the content) then serve this to the web page. The
result of this technology is providing the publishers with either new revenue
streams from 3rd party advertising, or will optimising their revenues by making
their own advertisements more effective, through superior targeting.

Mooter will derive revenue from sharing the advertising revenue with the
advertising providers and publishers within the Mooter Media Network.

Dr Mathew McDougall, COO for Mooter Media, said from Beijing, “The creation
of this unique advertising network in China is a very exciting development for
Mooter Media. As the advertising market continues to expand and develop, Mooter
Media wants to be in a position of helping advertising providers and web
publisher position the most effective advertising on the most effective web
sites”.

China is the fastest growing Internet market in the world with over 100
million users, currently growing at a rate of over 100% pa. China’s online
advertising market is similar in size to Australia, having grown at a rate of
over 78% from 2004 to 2005 and is expected to continue growing at a rapid rate
into the future. It is important to note, however, that whilst the number of
users and page views in China is very large, the monetisation, or value per
click, is relatively lower than in more developed online ad markets, so caution
should be exercised in making assumptions as to revenue growth in that market.

Mooter Media has established a local data centre in Beijing, China to
commence serving advertising through the Mooter Media Network in China.
