The Board of Directors of Sun Innovation Holdings Ltd., a Hong Kong-based
conglomerate with entertainment media content distribution as its core
business, today declared a distribution of contributed surplus of HK$0.10 (US$
0.013) per share on its common stock, payable in cash on August 21, 2006 to
shareholders of record at the close of business on August 14, 2006. The
contributed surplus resulted from excess paid up capital arising from capital
reductions made in May 2003 and in December 2005, respectively.
