Through this event, the world’s most loved champagne continues to share
the genius of champagne with the world, and embrace its eternal pursuit of
fabulous fete, splendour and universal pleasure.
The encounter between Moet & Chandon and the iconic symbol of freedom
amazed international guests and celebrities, with a magical and spectacular
Light interpretation of Liberty Enlightening the World.
The illumination transformed Lady Liberty, showing her as she was first
introduced to the public and appeared in newspapers around the world 120 years
ago, then unveiling a more contemporary and sparkling light design. It was a
spectacularly poetic and pioneering form of expression from Moet & Chandon.
Frederic Cumenal, Moet & Chandon President & CEO, invited international
VIPs and celebrities, including the glamorous Liz Hurley to share the
fabulously elegant moment, and true luxury of Moet & Chandon.
Guests then moved on to the Moet & Chandon fabulous fete, dancing to the
sounds from New York DJs, The MisShapes, who lit up the dance floor along with
French phenomena, VJ Marilor.
Faithful to Jean-Remy Moet’s pioneering vision Moet & Chandon has been
producing the world’s most loved champagne, which has continued to seduce and
delight, since 1743. A true believer, he shared the genius of champagne with
the world, and transformed a regional champagne merchant into the world’s
first international luxury brand. Today Moet & Chandon remains the symbol of
universal pleasure, splendor and fabulous fetes.
