ARW), announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Diodes
Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD), a leading manufacturer and supplier of
high-quality application-specific standard products within the broad discrete
and analog semiconductor markets. The agreement is an important extension to
Diodes¡¦ long-term partnership with Arrow Electronics.
